· 1 RED BELL PEPPER, DICED
· 1 RED ONION, DICED
· 2 TSP MINCED GARLIC
· 4-5 MEDIUM ZUCCHINI, DICED
· 1 CAN DICED TOMATO (14.5 OZ CAN)
· 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE (I LIKE TRADER JOE’S, 15 OZ CAN)
· 2 CARTONS BEEF BROTH
· 1 TBSP ITALIAN SEASONING
· 1 TSP GARLIC SALT
· 1 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
· 2 TBSP CRUSHED RED PEPPER, OREGANO, & GARLIC SEASONING (PICTURED BELOW)
· 1/2 CUP SHREDDED PARMESAN
· SALT
· PEPPER
DIRECTIONS
1. IN A LARGE POT, SPRAY OLIVE OIL SPRAY AND BEGIN COOKING TURKEY SAUSAGE ON MEDIUM HEAT, ABOUT 10 MINUTES
2. MIX IN DICED PEPPERS AND ONION; COOK 5 MINUTES
3. ADD MINCED GARLIC AND ZUCCHINI; COOK 5 MINUTES
4. ADD SEASONINGS
5. MIX IN DICED TOMATOES, TOMATO SAUCE & BEEF BROTH
6. COVER & LET COOK 15-20 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT
