TWO INGREDIENT DOUGH “DETROIT STYLE” PIZZA


INGREDIENTS

· DOUGH (ENOUGH FOR 2 SERVINGS)

o 1 1/3 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

o 1 TSP BAKING POWDER

o 1 CUP NONFAT GREEK YOGURT

· 5 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE (I USE A CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE WITH GARLIC SALT & ITALIAN SEASONING)

· 30G TURKEY PEPPERONI

· DICED GREEN PEPPER

· DICED ONION

· MUSHROOMS (I USE CANNED)

· 35G REDUCED FAT SHREDDED MOZZARELLA

· SEASONING TO TOP

DIRECTIONS

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425

2. COMBINE DOUGH INGREDIENTS AND KNEAD FOR ABOUT 1 MINUTE. LET REST FOR 5 MINUTES

3. SPRAY BAKING DISH WITH OLIVE OIL SPRAY (I USED TWO 8.25 X 6 X 2 BAKING DISHES) AND DIVIDE DOUGH EVENLY

4. SPREAD OUT DOUGH TO COVER THE BOTTOM OF THE DISH

5. SPREAD OUT 5 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE ON EACH PIZZA FOLLOWED BY FILLINGS AND TOPPING WITH CHEESE AND SEASONING

6. BAKE AT 425 FOR 25-30 MINUTES.
