INGREDIENTS
· TWO INGREDIENT DOUGH
o 1 CUP NONFAT GREEK YOGURT
o 1 1/3 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
o 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
· FILLING
o 12 OZ FROZEN ARTICHOKES
o 1 TSP MINCED GARLIC
o 2 CUPS SPINACH
o GARLIC PARMESAN SEASONING
· LITE MOZZARELLA CHEESE
DIRECTIONS
1. COMBINE YOGURT, FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER TO MAKE DOUGH
2. PORTION OUT DOUGH INTO SERVINGS YOU WOULD LIKE (I DIVIDED IT EVENLY INTO 10 SERVINGS SO EACH BITE IS 2 POINTS OF DOUGH)
3. SPRAY FRYING PAN WITH OLIVE OIL SPRAY
4. ADD FROZEN ARTICHOKES & COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT
5. ADD IN SPINACH, GARLIC & SEASONING & COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES
6. LET FILLING COOL FOR 5-10 MINUTES
7. FLATTEN THE DOUGH ENOUGH TO ADD THE FILLING. FORM INTO A BALL & SEAL THE DOUGH AS BEST AS YOU CAN
8. TOP WITH GARLIC SALT
9. AIR FRY AT 375 FOR 12 MINUTES
