INGREDIENTS
· 8 OZ BANZA PASTA (OR PASTA OF CHOICE)
· 1 BAG FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH
· ¾ CUP CHICKEN BROTH
· 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE
· 2 TBSP CREAM CHEESE
· 1 CUP ARTICHOKE HEARTS, CHOPPED
· 28G SHREDDED PARMESAN CHEESE
· 28G LIGHT MOZZARELLA
· GARLIC SALT, PEPPER, SEASON SALT, OREGANO & RED PEPPER FLAKES
DIRECTIONS
1. BOIL WATER & COOK PASTA
2. COOK THE SPINACH IN A LARGE POT UNTIL NO LONGER FROZEN
3. ADD IN CHICKEN BROTH AND SIMMER
4. ADD GARLIC PASTE AND STIR
5. WHISK IN CREAM CHEESE UNTIL MELTED
6. ADD ARTICHOKES AND SEASONING
7. CONTINUE STIRRING AND ADD PARMESAN
8. ONCE THE PASTA IS COOKED, COMBINE WITH SAUCE & THEN MIX IN THE MOZZARELLA UNTIL MELTED
