  • 4 SLICES TRADER JOES PUMPKIN BRIOCHE BREAD

  • 1 EGG

  • 1/2 TBSP MONK FRUIT SWEETENER (OR SWEETENER OF CHOICE)

  • 1 TSP PUMPKIN PIE SPICE

  • 1 TSP CINNAMON

  • 1/2 CUP CASHEW MILK (OR MILK OF CHOICE)

 
  1. HEAT FRYING PAN TO MEDIUM HEAT; SPRAY WITH OLIVE OIL (OR NONSTICK SPRAY OF CHOICE)

  2. SCRAMBLE EGGS IN A BOWL. WHISK IN MONK FRUIT SWEETENER (OR SWEETENER OF YOUR CHOICE), PUMPKIN PIE SPICE, CINNAMON, AND CASHEW MILK (OR MILK OF CHOICE).

  3. DIP EACH PIECE OF BRIOCHE INTO THE EGG MIX

  4. FRY EACH SIDE FOR 2-4 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN

  5. I SERVED MINE WITH COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM & SUGAR FREE SYRUP!

*YOU DON'T HAVE TO USE THE TRADER JOES BRIOCHE (ALTHOUGH I RECOMMEND IT!!), ANY BREAD WILL WORK!
