INGREDIENTS
· 2 8 INCH LOW CARB TORTILLAS (I USED THESE)
· 28G LIGHT SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
· 15 SLICES TURKEY PEPPERONI
· 1 LIGHT LAUGHING COW
· ¼ CUP COOKED PEPPER/ONION MIX
· ½ TSP GARLIC SALT
· ½ TSP ITALIAN SEASONING
DIRECTIONS
1. HEAT FRYING PAN ON LOW HEAT AND SPRAY WITH OLIVE OIL SPRAY (OR NONSTICK OF YOUR CHOICE)
2. LAY ONE TORTILLA IN PAN. SPRINKLE CHEESE, VEGGIES AND PEPPERONI ON TORTILLA. SPRINKLE GARLIC SALT AND ITALIAN SEASONING
3. SPREAD THE LAUGHING COW ON THE OTHER TORTILLA AND PLACE IT ON TOP OF THE QUESADILLA IN THE PAN (LAUGHING COW SIDE DOWN)
4. COOK 5-7 MINUTES ON LOW AND FLIP. COOK ANOTHER 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL TORTILLA IS BROWNED AND CHEESE IS MELTED
