INGREDIENTS
· 3 ROMA TOMATOES, DICED
· 1 MEDIUM RED ONION, DICED
· ¼ CUP CILANTRO, FINELY CHOPPED
· 1-2 TBSP JALAPENO, DICED (I USE JALAPENOS FROM A JAR)
· 1-2 TBSP LIME JUICE
· SALT
· PEPPER
DIRECTIONS
1. COMBINE TOMATOES, ONION, CILANTRO, AND JALAPENO
2. ADD SALT, PEPPER AND LIME JUICE TO TASTE
3. ENJOY!
