INGREDIENTS
· 1 ½ CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
· 1 TSP BAKING SODA
· 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
· ½ TSP SALT
· 1 EGG
· 1 TSP VANILLA
· 1/3 CUP CASHEW OR ALMOND MILK
· ½ CUP MONK FRUIT SWEETENER
· 1/3 CUP UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
· 2 TBSP CHOCOLATE CHIPS (I USED SKINNYDIPPED)
· 1 CUP MIXED BERRIES (I USE FROZEN)
DIRECTIONS
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400
2. COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT
3. MIX IN EGG, VANILLA, MILK, MONK FRUIT SWEETENER, AND APPLESAUCE
4. ONCE COMBINED, MIX IN CHOPPED CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND MIXED BERRIES.
5. BAKE FOR 15-17 MINUTES, OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN
