· 4 LITE LAUGHING COWS
· ½ CAN FIRE ROASTED DICED TOMATOES, STRAINED
· ½ LB CHICKEN BREAST, COOKED & SHREDDED WITH TACO SEASONING
· 4 LOW CARB TORTILLAS (I USED THESE)
· ½ TSP GARLIC SALT
· 1 TSP TACO SEASONING (I USED THIS ONE)
· SALT & PEPPER
DIRECTIONS
1. IN A BOWL, COMBINE LAUGHING COWS, TOMATOES, CHICKEN AND SEASONINGS
2. EVENLY DIVIDE THE MIXTURE ONTO TORTILLAS
3. WRAP TORTILLAS TIGHTLY AND AIR FRY AT 375 FOR 12 MINUTES
