· ½ TBSP MONK FRUIT SWEETENER
· 1 TSP LEMON JUICE
· ¼ CUP KODIAK BUTTERMILK MIX
· ¼ CUP UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK
· ½ TBSP MONK FRUIT SWEETENER (OR SWEETENER OF CHOICE)
· ¼- ½ TSP CINNAMON
DIRECTIONS
1. SPRAY RAMEKIN WITH NONSTICK SPRAY
2. ADD BLUEBERRIES & MIX WITH LEMON JUICE AND ½ TSP MONK FRUIT
3. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER PANCAKE MIX, ALMOND MILK, ½ TSP MONK FRUIT AND CINNAMON
4. POUR BATTER OVER BLUEBERRIES
5. AIR FRY AT 350 FOR 15-19 MINUTES, MOVING THE BATTER AROUND ABOUT HALFWAY
