Thank you so much for throwing in some sweet recipes. Started WW last week. I am a chocoholic and I won't last on Weight Watchers if I can't find substantial sweets that taste good. Tried a WW recipe for brownies that is just ok but not great. These Cinnamon Pretzel Bites sound so yummy.
These are so fun, easy and good! We used Swerve sweetener for the cinnamon sugar mixture and also made an icing for them. We used the Swerve granular for the cinnamon/sugar mixture and then used the Swerve confectioners mixed with water for a zero point icing. Will definitely be making again. I may even incorporate some of the Swerve brown sugar into the recipe to add just a bit more sweetness to the actual dough. We appreciate you, Nikki. Keep the recipes coming. With you having a background in baking I trust you and your recipes.
Thanks so much for sharing this recipe… I can’t wait to try it! Do the pretzel bites keep for multiple days if you keep them in an air tight container or do you recommend eating right away for best flavor?
