· ½ CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
· ½ CUP CORNMEAL
· SEASONING OF CHOICE (I USE GARLIC HERB, BLACK PEPPER & SEA SALT)
DIRECTIONS
WHISK TOGETHER EGGS, MILK AND SALT & PEPPER
SOAK FROZEN OKRA IN LIQUID MIX FOR 10-15 MINS
COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS IN A GALLON PLASTIC BAG
STRAIN OKRA & ADD TO BAG OF DRY INGREDIENTS
CLOSE BAG & SHAKE UNTIL OKRA IS COATED
SPRAY SHEET OF TINFOIL WITH OLIVE OIL SPRAY AND LAY OUT OKRA
AIR FRY FOR 15 MINUTES AT 370 MOVING AROUND HALFWAY THROUGH
